Every chatbot now has **a reporting dashboard**, showing how much it is being used and how conversations are going. The dashboard itself is simpler to navigate, and conversations are quicker to work through.

Major Features
--------------

### Your reporting dashboard

The dashboard reports on your chatbot through individual widgets: conversation and message totals, daily trends, average conversation length, and the likes, dislikes and comments users leave on answers. A date range control at the top applies to every widget at once.

You choose which widgets appear and how they are arranged, and if you have access to more than one chatbot, your home page combines the figures across all of them.

Minor Features
--------------

#### A simpler dashboard

Signing in takes you straight to your dashboard, the menu is pared back to the sections you use, and Bot preview opens the chat window inside the dashboard rather than sending you to your website.

#### Faster review of conversations

Opening a conversation from a filtered list keeps your filters for when you go back, and Next and Previous controls step through the results in order.

#### Feedback counts are clickable

Selecting a feedback figure, such as dislikes, filters the list to those entries straight away.

Fixes
-----

- On mobile devices the chat window is centred, scrolling stays within the conversation, and the header remains visible.
- Website crawls handle PDF documents and download links reliably, continue past any page that cannot be read, and remove a page's content from the knowledge base when it is removed from the crawl.
- A message that pairs a genuine question with an attempt to manipulate the chatbot is declined in full. *Learn more about [safety guardrails](/articles/safety-guardrails).*
